Just a quick Public Service Announcement:

If it is drizzling or sprinkling outside, you DO NOT need to put your windshield wipers on hyper-drive. It only makes you look like a paranoid idiot.

And while we’re on rain and driving, just because the road is slightly damp, there is no need to drive 20 mph under the speed limit. Also, slamming on your brakes when someone pulls into your lane 17 car lengths in front of you is just not necessary.
